CAMPING ON TILLAMOOK BAY: There are many places to camp in and around Tillamook bay but as luck would have it during the best part of the salmon runs it can be very wet and rainy. Barview state park offers oceanside camping near the north jetty in Garibaldi. The harbor in Garibaldi also offers camping and RV spots. There is also camping on the upper ends of the Kilchis and Trask rivers for an outdoor adventure. Several small motels offer shelter from the rain in Tillamook with shopping near by if extra rain gear is needed. Bring your rain gear and plenty of extra layers.
